Prior to her current role, Pathak was HR Business Head for The Boston Consulting and before that she worked with Accenture Consulting for a span of 7 years. 
Her 18 years of HR experience across various consulting firms, has given her a unique perspective about this industry and helped her carve out out appropriate people agenda for the firms.

She comes with a rich blend of line and consulting experience that enables her to think holistically across all facets of the function. An ardent champion of Diversity and Inclusion, she has authored several articles on the topic and has pioneered the initiative at her own firm.                                                                                                 
She has a track record of setting up HR processes from scratch and bring the function to a state of art level of perfection eventually. She thrives on new people challenges and resolving complex organization and people issues while building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
