Who We Are
Power Women Speakers Lounge is an initiative to assist Indian corporates, industry forums, and event organizers in building inclusive and gender-balanced panels or conferences. An initiative by the Power Women group, a consortium of professional women in India, the Speakers Lounge aims to provide a better representation of Indian professional women at panels, events, and conferences across industries.
Women have made significant strides in the Indian professional space and the number of women in senior leadership positions in corporate India has grown. However, we believe her expertise and voice are underrepresented at business events.
We believe a centralized repository of eminent professional women who would be willing to speak at various forums and will allow organizations, industry forums, and event organizers to have an easily accessible database to create more inclusive panels. All women listed on this website are accomplished in their own right and active speakers able to add immense value to business and industry direction in India.
