Eirliani is pursuing a doctorate in public health at Harvard University.

She was named the recipient of the 2021 American Public Health Association's International Health Section Student Annual Meeting Grant and received fellowships awarded by Harvard.

She was previously Senior Assistant Director at the Singapore National Council of Social Service.

Eirliani served in the Singapore Foreign Service and was Program Director at the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation.

Winner of the 2015 BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Award, she is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
