Reena Dayal Yadav is a IICA certified Board Director, Chairperson of the Board for Quantum Ecosystems and Technology Council of India.
She is a Technology Leader and an Innovation Management Expert. She is known for her work in Establishing and Scaling up Innovation Functions within Organization and for Catching new waves of Technology to Incubate new Tech Oriented Businesses.
She is the Founding Chairperson for the Quantum Ecosystems and Technology Council of India (QETCI) and the CEO and Partner for Benzaiten Advisors. She is on the Steering Committee of the IEEE Quantum Initiative, Chair for the IEEE Quantum Special Interest Group in India and on the Consultative Committee for Quantum for the Government of Telangana. She is the Ex-Chairperson for SNIA in India and a member of the Institute of Directors.
She played a role in establishing the Storage Networking Ecosystem in India in the early 2000s with her Storage related Technology business roles in TCS and as the Chair for the Storage Networking Industry Association in India.
QETCI was established with the mission to accelerate the Quantum Ecosystem in India with goals to act as a Think Tank and an enabling entity which will drive International Collaborations to enable the best in Quantum in India . QETCI is bringing in Government, Industry, Academia , Standard Bodies and Startups together to create a Collaborative base for forward looking initiatives and projects.
In Quantum She is responsible for enabling a special full semester course on Quantum at IIT Roorkee and IIIT Hyderabad. She has conducted Train the Trainer courses for Quantum and was responsible for getting 500 + faculty across Engineering Colleges in India to be trained in Quantum.
She has several patents to her credit and is a sought-after Speaker and Consultant on Quantum, Emerging Technologies, Impact of Technology on Business and Society, Innovation Management and Innovation Leadership.
Through Benzaiten Advisors, Reena intends to prepare the Senior Leaders of Organizations, Funding Agencies, Not for Profits, by helping them understand the impact of emerging science technologies on Industry, Business, Society and Humanity. She also helps Organizations create Innovation structures to enable a 360-degree approach to innovation and to create an Intrapreneurial mindset within the Organization.
Through a new Podcast series called Thought Integrators, Reena is bringing emerging tech and its implications closer to citizens so that they can form opinions and chose to play an active role in Governance and Policy Recommendations.
She is an Author – her Book “Innovation Magic” is a guide to creating and managing Innovation Management functions within Organizations. Her report on “Innovation Governance: Board Imperatives” has been published and referred to by many organizations
She has an Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee. She is a Chevening Fellow for Science and Innovation Leadership Program from The Said Business School, University of Oxford. She is also a Mindfulness Expert and Certified Trainer.
