Pradnya is currently the Delivery and Operations transformation Lead based out of Pune. With 24 years of experience across many large global organizations covering various facets like organizational change, culture transformation, leadership, talent management etc, Pradnya particularly revels as a champion of DEI agenda.

She has authored DEI articles, participated in NASSCOM events as panelist, been a track chair at GHCI and also espouses girl child education and mentors women in their early careers through voluntary organizations. Volunteered time for the less fortunate, young minds along with my corporate responsibilities and worked with Padmashree Prema Tai Purav’s foundation in Maharashtra.

Designed and implemented a project, ‘Sandhipurna’, to help people in the lower socio-economic strata find employment opportunities, while at the same time helping employers find reliable employees.

Mother to 2 teenage girls, recidivist perfectionist, perennial optimist, amateur blogger, health freak and an avid gardener, Pradnya lives in Pune accompanied by her husband,mother in law and an adorable, eternally young 10-year-old yellow lab.
