She's the CEO and Co-Founder of Poocho, a human intelligence platform built on primary data insights. With over a decade of experience in qualitative research methods, her mission is to make primary consumer insights more accessible to brands so they can find, fix and build better solutions for their audiences.
At Poocho, she’s doing this by transforming consumer realspeak into a simple, user-friendly search tool using a combination of text analytics and data modeling. Her company specializes in D2C research across the education, finance, consumer durables and food sectors.
Taapsi is a globetrotter who has worked in public and private domains in India, Uganda, Trinidad and the United States.
She was previously a features reporter with CNBC-TV18, and the Country Head for a fair trade start-up called Mela Artisans.
She’s a ‘17 Aspen Ideas Scholar and also an ex-board member of the American Anthropological Association and the National Association for the Practice of Anthropology.
