Aditi is a healthcare entrepreneur with a conscience and has spent 2 decades in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Trained in biochemistry and clinical research, Aditi began her career at Pfizer and J&J ensuring clinical research teams adhered to the highest standards of safety and ethics.

Her entrepreneurial journey has been driven by her vision to make quality healthcare, prevention and treatment accessible and affordable to all segments of the population. Her previous ventures include a niche consultancy in biopharmaceutical research and a global healthcare company that used technology to design human-centred experiences for patients. She is a member of WICCI’s healthcare council and an advisor/mentor to several educational programs on healthcare entrepreneurship and clinical research.
 
Saathealth deploys AI-powered digital platform and behaviour change content to build healthier communities across therapeutic areas with multiple healthcare partners globally, her role here is to lead behaviour change communications and operational excellence.
