Leading the Group’s HR function, in the capacity of CHRO, Urvi’s perseverance has led the Company to being recognized as a growth enabling and career nurturing organization, with policies benchmarked to global standards.
A statistics graduate and with a PG in Human Resource Management, armed with over two decades of rich experience, Urvi headed the HR function at Parle Bisleri Pvt. Ltd., before joining K Raheja Corp in 2007. With a focus on sharpening skill sets, Urvi continually partakes in workshops and training programs across reputed management development programs like Strategic Human Resource Management by IIM - Ahmedabad, Leadership for Top Management by ISB - Hyderabad and GRID for Top Management to name a few. Having built K Raheja Corp into an aspirational workplace, across its brands, Urvi also devotes time to mentoring. She is a sought-after speaker at national level HR conclaves and forums, as well as management schools, and authors articles for credible publications.
Since her engagement with the Group, Urvi has introduced a multi-channel, innovative, technology driven recruitment approach whose benefits are seen at the bottom line. Successfully weaving in transparency and accountability into the system, she champions programs that focus on diversity and inclusion, women leadership, along with learning and development programs to suit the evolving business environment.
Under her able leadership K Raheja Corp was the first Real Estate Company to implement SAP HR module, which also won the group the Best Implementation Award, by SAP India. As one of the finest places to build careers, under Urvi’s able HR leadership, the Company has also won laurels at Asian HR Leadership Awards, World HRD Congress, the Asia Pacific HRM Congress, and is amongst India’s 100 Best Companies to Work for, accredited by Great Place to Work® Institute
