Rachna has over 25 years of experience working with leading global communications firms advising clients and leaders at senior most levels in corporations across Asia Pacific. She has spent 15 years in Indonesia in various roles with Edelman and with WPP firm Cohn &Wolfe as country Managing Director. More recently she was Sustainability Communications lead and Chief Mentoring Officer for Publicis Groupe firm MSL in India. 

Recognizing communications as the weak link so far in solving the climate emergency she has put her mettle behind this most challenging crisis of our lifetimes through her venture, Climate Ready Leaders. Her mission is to demystify climate change and help business leaders and professionals unlock the climate opportunity in India and the Global South. Her firm provides climate learning programs for corporates and professionals in areas of Net Zero & ESG 101, and sustainability. 

She is an alumni of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) with certification from University of Cambridge, Institute of Sustainability Leadership on Business and Net Zero emissions. She is a frequent speaker on global and national forums on the need for business leaders and professionals to become climate literate. She speaks about how climate change will be as transformational for our world as the internet and why every professional today must learn how climate change will impact their sectors and businesses to gain associated climate leadership skills for sustained success
