Ms Swati Datye has over 35 years of experience in the field of Human Resources across organisations like Indian Hotels, ICICI Bank, First Data and RBL Bank. She is a post graduate in management with specialization in HR from the Mumbai University and is also certified on multiple assessment tools.

She is extremely passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace and has been responsible in setting up the D&I practice at RBL Bank. In all her assignments, she has built the POSH framework and has been on the Internal Complaints Committee. She has worked across all areas of HR and has especially strong competence in Talent Acquisition, HR Process Re-Engineering, Employee Engagement and D&I.

She has built strong capabilities for talent infusion into all her organisations through long lasting partnerships, strong processes and the right selection tools. She is currently a Member, Advisory Board of Faculty of Management Studies, Banasthali University. She deeply cares for animals and hence consciously resisted from keeping a pet at home. She is a hair donor in support of Cope with Cancer, Madat Foundation. She loves nature and is often found at her farm, tending to the gardens and growing vegetables.
