Irani is a Human Resource professional with over 21 years of extensive HR leadership, strategy consulting and business partnering experience. Her areas of specialisation are operating models & organisation design, HR transformation, organisation change and restructuring in M&A scenarios.
She has extensive experience in working for global and regional organisations across multiple industries, including Banking and Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Defence and Public Sector. In her line HR role, she has worked in HR leadership positions in matrix and non-matrix organisations, MNC and private sector organisations with diverse cultures and people priorities.
Key strengths lie in setting up HR organisation, defining the HR strategy, policy and processes, managing large distributed businesses, delivering complex people projects and creating a sustainable people driven culture within Organisations. She has managed key senior stakeholders including the Board on people framework and strategic people issues.
Irani is also a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion proponent and has set up and steered a lot of initiatives on DEI in her current Organisation. She has authored articles and spoken on forum on the importance of DEI both in the corporate and social set up. Irani also leads CSR for her current Organisation and works on the themes of Sustainable Livelihood, Financial literacy, Environment and Health and wellness.
In her personal time, Irani loves to work on areas of wildlife conservation and works with grassroot villagers in Jharkhand helping them achieve sustainable livelihood.
