Tina Vinod (she/her) is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist and Consultant, a belonging advocate & story-teller.
With more than two decades of experience in business operations & leaderships roles, her fundamental belief is that - ‘Representation Matters’ and investing in equitable practices in our workplaces and society at large enables positive social change & systemic transformation.
Tina believes in the pragmatic approach of amplifying the voices, potential and capabilities of the under-represented groups and marginalised communities, while partnering with change agents to deliver results.
She conceptualises, designs and executes programs and initiatives to enable a purpose led and holistic approach to adopting and catalysing DEI. Her aim is to support organisations build a culture of inclusion & belonging where everyone can thrive and grow.
Areas of focus include Gender Inclusion, Social Inclusion, Support and Solidarity to the LGBTQ+ community, Disability Inclusion, Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace, and building a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging. Tina drives some key DEI programs under this charter.
