Deeksha Kaushal is the Director of Banking and Financial services partnerships for GPay in India. In this current role she is responsible for overseeing the strategy, growth, and business operations of Google Pay partnerships with Financial Institutions. Before joining Google in 2021, Deeksha was a Managing Director and Product Head for Cash Management and Innovation at Citi India. She has led businesses across unsecured lending, credit cards, wealth management, payments, liquidity and cash management in her 2 decades at Citi, working with both retail and institutional clients. Deeksha also led the India Innovation Lab for Citi working with the Fintech Ecosystem and was the Diversity Co-Chair for Citi India.
