Having toughened up early in the boot camps of Marketing, Sales, Business transformation and P&L Management, she has been a part of building businesses from scratch, and delivering hard business results. Led and mentored cross functional teams through the peaks and troughs of business cycles, across industries. From plush CXO/Board meetings to chatting up with the real consumer, or a rustic retailer, keeps her feet on the ground and connected to the pulse of real consumer. She is currently the VP & Head, Innovation & Incubation for the Grocery business of Reliance Retail. She is an ICF certified coach and organisational mentor as a passion project and works in the field of woman empowerment for over two decades. A polymath with multiple interests as an adventure lover, experimental chef, lover of design thinking, interior design, and observer of the Indian consumer.
